Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Boostlane. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Boostlane sells social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and similar engagement. We deliver orders with the help of fulfilment partners, who receive only the link and quantity of each order. We do not guarantee that an order will produce any particular business result, and we do not guarantee that delivered engagement will come from people interested in your content.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account.
• One person or business per account. We may close duplicate accounts.

• Make sure the link is correct and the profile or post is public before ordering. Orders sent to a wrong, private or deleted link cannot be refunded once delivery has started.
• Do not place a second order for the same link with us or anyone else until the first has finished. Overlapping orders make the start count unreliable and cannot be corrected.
• Delivery times shown are estimates, not promises.
• We will never ask for the password to your social media account.

Social media platforms have their own rules, and many of them restrict or prohibit purchased engagement. You are responsible for deciding whether using our services is allowed for your account and for any consequence, including removal of engagement, reduced reach, or suspension of your account by the platform.

• Prices are in US dollars. Deposits are added to your account balance and can only be spent on services on this site.
• Balance is not paid back out as cash, except where the law requires it.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a deposit you have spent will lead to suspension of the account while it is resolved.

• If an order is cancelled before delivery, the full charge is returned to your balance.
• If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered share is returned to your balance.
• Services that carry the Refill badge on the price list can be refilled on request, free of charge, during the stated period if the count drops. Services without the badge carry no such guarantee, whatever their name says.

• While the “Claim 20 free likes or followers” offer runs, a new account may claim one free delivery of up to 20 likes or followers, once per person. We judge this using account, device, browser and network signals, so a claim may be refused if the same device or network has already been used for one.
• Free deliveries are available only on the platforms and services we choose. They have no cash value, are not refunded, and carry no refill or drop guarantee.
• We may refuse, cancel or revoke a free claim, and close duplicate accounts, if we suspect abuse.
• We may change or end the free offer at any time.

• Order services for content that is illegal, that harasses or defames someone, or that promotes violence or the exploitation of minors.
• Use the service to mislead people about elections, public health or financial products.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, access other users' accounts, or resell access without our written agreement.

We may refuse or cancel any order and suspend any account that breaks these rules.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
